Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from our team requesting you to send a photograph of your dog’s nose to snootique.jewellery@gmail.com.
Simply reply to the email and attach a clear, high-quality photograph. Our team will then carefully extract and illustrate your dog’s unique nose print before engraving it onto your pendant.

A clear photograph helps us create the best possible engraving.
A simple guideline is: if you can clearly see the lines and texture on your dog’s nose, we should be able to see them too.
The better the quality, lighting and focus of the photograph, the more detail we can capture in the final nose print. Try to take the photograph close to your dog’s nose in good natural lighting and make sure the nose is in focus.
Every dog’s nose print is completely unique. Our team needs time to carefully extract and illustrate the nose print before the pendant can be engraved and quality checked.
Please allow approximately 5–15 days for your custom pendant to be created.
Once your order has been completed, shipping usually takes an additional 2–5 days, depending on your location and the courier service.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary during particularly busy periods.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on custom nose-print jewellery.
Each pendant is created specifically for you using your dog’s unique nose print and cannot be resold. Every item is carefully inspected and quality checked before it is packaged and shipped.
Please ensure that the photograph you send is clear and that all order details are correct before production begins. Should your order arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that our team can review the matter.
